Applying a meta-synthesis qualitative approach to provide a design pattern for a policy laboratory

چکیده
هدف: اهتمام به خط‌مشی‌گذاری سالم و نافذ، کاری بسیار دشوار است، همین دلیل لزوم ایجاد آزمایشگاه برای تدوین، اجرا ارزیابی خط‌مشی‌های طراحی‌شده در جامعه، اهمیت می‌یابد. بنابراین، هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین الگوی طراحی خط‌مشی است.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش، با رویکرد کیفی فراترکیب طی گام‌های هفت‌گانه، تحلیل یافته‌های پیشین پرداخته شده است.یافته‌های پژوهش: قالب 8 مقوله اصلی شامل تشخیص مشکل خط‌مشی، کارکنان ذی‌نفعان نقش حکومت، برنامه‌های محل فضای فیزیکی خروجی مورد انتظار ارائه گردیده است. منظور شناسایی مشکلات آحاد باید آزمایشگاه‌های حضور خبرگان همچنین حوزه‌های مختلف کشور امکانات مناسب تشکیل شود که برنامه‌ریزی صحیح جامعه را کرده همکاری گروه‌های تحقیقاتی متفاوت پیدا کردن راه حل بپردازد دولت حاکمیت، اجرایی نماید.محدودیت‌ها پیامدها: جمله محدودیت‌های می‌توان عدم وجود کار مشابه آشنایی کامل مبحث اشاره کرد.پیامدهای عملی: صورت بهره‌گیری صاحبنظران حوزه مدل، آزمایشگاهی محیطی همراه به‌کارگیری مناسب، می‌توانند راه‌حل‌های کاربردی بپردازند طور کلی محلی تلاقی گفتمان بین آگاه جنبه‌های یک کلان خواهد شد.ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: استفاده مطالعه می‌تواند فرآیند بسط سهولت بیشتری عملیاتی کند. لذا افزوده تسهیل نمودن بستر پیروی مولفه شاخص‌های دانست.کلیدواژه‌ها: خط‌مشی‌گذاری، فراگرد خط‌مشینوع مقاله علمی
